This is a timeline/diary and belly pics as I go through my pregnancy. My ultrasound is on May 25th,2006. My first appointment with my ob/gyn was supposed to be April 26th but he had to do an emergancy c-section for a 19 year old having twins so it will have to wait until May 1st :o(
I took this test Sunday,Febuary 26th but took the pic later. Blood tests afterwards confirmed that I am pregnant for sure.
This is about 11 or 12 weeks
Stomach is getting hard,not showing yet though..

I went to see Dr.Brodie May 1st. He said that I was only about 13 weeks pregnant. I thought I was further than that. The ultrasound will give me a better idea. If he's right then I'll be 40 weeks as of November 6th and my best friend's birthday is November 5th! Dr.Brodie said not to take his word for it but it sounds like a little girl's heartbeat

Starting to show a bit.I got what they call "the 4th month pop".I just seemed to start getting bigger over night!I'm at the stage where my normal clothes are getting too tight.Time for the maternity pants I guess.
Here's my ultrasound pictures! The girl who did my ultrasound wouldn't tell me the sex of the baby. I think it's a boy because I'm sure I saw a penis, Mom thought she saw it at the same time I did. The tech kept saying "he,him,his,fellow,buddy" but I think they say that if they don't know what it is. I had my left arm up under my head and the baby put it's arm under his/her head the same way a couple of times. The baby waved to me too hehe. My Mom was emotional during it,she was so excited. She wanted to know what her grandbaby's sex is. The girl said I'm due October 24th, exactly a month from my birthday! It all seems so real now that I seen my baby on the ultrasound!

18 Weeks
June 7th- I went to see Doctor Brodie today. He said that I'm 20 weeks (5 months) as of today. He said my due date is October 26th and he's not changing it again lol. He was impressed with how I was doing with everything icludeing my weight gain. I had a little bit of a tempature last night and he said not to worry about it, the only time to worry is in the final stages like 8 or 9 months. My blood pressure was good even with all the stress lately so I was surprised. Dr.Brodie listened to the heartbeat and said he thinks it's a boy now lol. I think I'm having a boy because of the ultrasound and I just have that feeling but only time will tell
21 weeks
This was taken early Wednesday morning so I guess I'm 21 weeks here. The baby likes to kick me quite often, especially when I'm eating. He or she is kicking right now too. I can't believe I'm halfway through!
23 weeks
This skin tight tank top makes me look even more pregnant lol. If I was to wear a not-so-tight shirt I don't look as big
24 weeks (6 months)
Only 3 more months left! It's going by so quickly. The baby kicks and moves quite a bit

I went to Dr.Brodie yesterday. I only gained 3 pounds since I seen him last month and my blood pressure was great. He said things are progressing as they should be. The heartbeat was around 120 beats. Dr.Brodie told me that a girl is usually around 140 and a boy is around 135 beats per minute hehe.I should be getting a profile done around 34 weeks so hopefully I'll find out what I'm having for sure :oP.My next appointment with Dr.Brodie is August 9th

I went to the hospital last Friday with bad back pains and it turns out I have a muscular problem in my back so it's making things even harder :o(. When it starts bothering me at work I just stand up for a while. Other than that, things are going good

The baby is growing so fast! I tried to move my bed by myself yesterday and pulled a muscle in my back, augh will I ever be pain free? I get restless sometimes. I had my blood test yesterday for gestational diabetis and that came back fine. It's hard to believe I've only got 12 weeks left to go!
August 12th- Just a little update. I went to Dr.Brodie on the 9th. He was impressed with my weight gain (another 4 pounds) and my blood pressure was good as always. I've been having pains in my groin area and I told Dr.Brodie about it so he decided to do a bunch of things to me to figure out if it was normal pains or if anything was abnormal. He told me to cross my left leg over to my right and it hurt really bad. He took a swab test and then he did an internal test on me and discoverd my baby is really low and I'm at risk for premature labor! It hurts to walk. I'm only 29 weeks! The baby is due in 11 more weeks and I'm hopeing that he or she can wait until then. I'm supposed to go off work September 8th but Dr.Brodie said that probably wont be happening. I go back to see him on Monday and he could put me off work as soon as then. He said he could put me in the hospital but we're not sure for how long, possibly for the rest of my pregnancy! I'm under a lot of stress lately with Rob being an ass and my Grampy on my Dad's side just passed away today (not the one I live with). It was supposed to be a happy day today..Dad's birthday is today and it's also my Grandparents anniversary(on my Mom's side,the ones I live with)...to top it all off Rob and I were fighting again today..of all days! I know I can get through this, it's not going to be easy but everyone passes away eventually. It's just something that happens. Mom is really getting excited for the baby
August 17th-I went back to Dr.Brodie and he put me off work for 3 weeks and wants to see me again in 2 weeks. Things have been a bit hectic lately. Rob asked me to call him Tuesday but I tried all day and couldn't get ahold of him. It turns out when he went to the doctor they wanted him to go to the hospital and have an MRI. When they did that they said they wanted to operate on his back right away! He called me the next morning to tell me he was in the hospital and he wanted me to come and see him. He's doing pretty good but things wont be back to normal for a while. He can get out of bed and go outside. He's getting out tomorrow and going to his Mom's for the weekend which is about an hour or so away. He's doing really good for someone who just had back surgery. I'm doing pretty good,other than I'm still in pain when I go to get up or move my legs. I'm hopeing Rob will come around this time. He asks how i'm feeling and if I make any indication that I'm in pain he'll ask me if I'm alright. Things are ok with us I guess but for how long, I'm not sure. I wish Rob's ex would just move out and leave us alone

Finally some updated pics! It's really weird to see my stomach move when the baby changes positions. Only 9 more weeks to go if the baby can wait that long but I was told he or she will be here before that. Thank god the material for the window toppers came in. I just have to get some boarder and the baby's room done! I just need to get my dresser back from Mom that she borrowed and Dad's giving me a rocking chair that was at my Grammy and Grampy Cochrane's. It used to be Mom and Dad's when they were together. I seem to be getting bigger just about everyday hehe. I only have 52 more days until I'm full term but I was told I wouldn't make it to term and it could be any day. I'm so nervous. I wake up every morning and wonder "Could this be the day?". People have been asking me when I want to have the baby shower;before or after the baby is born and I really don't know. It would be nice to have one now so I have what I need but if I don't find out what I'm having on my next ultrasound then I would wait until after so people know weither to get things for a girl or a boy

34 weeks today. Doctor Brodie says the baby is still really low. He did an internal exam and told me I have Symphyseal Diastasis where the bones in my pelvis are seperating instead of together. He said this could make the baby go over due but not by much. Good lord, one min i'm being told i'm at risk for going early and now i'm being told I could go over due AUGH. He said I should have no problems delievering the baby and when I get to the hospital to ask for the epidural right away instead of waiting around. Good news is that I get my profile done September 28th and was told I would probably have another a few weeks after that. I'm excited and I hope they can tell me what I'm having. My Ob/Gyn is going on vacation soon so I have to see my family doctor after my next appointment on the 28th until he gets back. Rob and I broke up September 6th. I called him Monday (the 11th) to see when he wanted his stuff. We fought on the phone. I told him I had a feeling he's sleeping with his ex again but he told me that he couldn't even if he wanted to because of his back. I got there and we fought more. His ex came home from work early. She was like "Oh isn't this f-ing nice?" I said "Yeah,I'm leaving anyway." I think she said something to Rob about me being there because when I was walking to my car I heard him say "this is my house". She came out to my car and he followed her. She said "I just thought you should know Rob and I slept together 2 days ago" He turned to her and threw his hands up in the air as if to say "Why did you tell her that". She walked back inside and I screamed at him that he lied to me, called him a lieing asshole, told him I'm not putting his name on the birth certificate and left as fast as I could. My friend Melly and her boyfriend Terry want me to meet someone today but I haven't heard from her yet. This guy is 21 and was in a relationship where a girl had a baby from a past relationship so it's nothing new to him. I'll meet him but I don't want a relationship right now

I guess I'm 9 months today, not yesterday. I went for my profile today and IT'S A BOY!!! I knew it all along!! I'm so happy :o). Now I can order blue boarder for HIS room. I tried to scan the profile pics but they didn't really show up good so I just took pics of them with my webcam. They aren't very clear but you can still see him

38 Weeks

My cold has gotten worse so last night I called telecare to see if there was anything I could take..like children's cough medicine or something. They told me to go into out patients and get checked out because the symptoms I was describing could effect the baby and they needed to make sure he is ok. I went up to labor and delivery where they listened to his heartbeat, he was ok. They gave me lemon aid because I was starting to get dehydrated. They told me they were going to send me down to emergancy to get oxygen and a perscription..they can't give oxygen in L & D unless you're in labor and can't breath. They told me they would call emergancy so I could get right in. Well the stupid idiots down in emergancy got their wires crossed or something..I sat there for 2 hours. I heard the nurse telling a guy that he wont get into see the doctor until early morning (It was already 2 am by that time) so I went up to her and told her L & D sent me down to get registered, get oxygen so I could breath and a percription right away..she was like "ok,well I can get you in..in about 2 hours" I said "Never mind i'm going home, I'm tired, I can't breath, they called you an hour and a half ago to let you know I was coming so I could get in right away" she was like "well,I wish you would stay" I told her I couldn't, I was going home. My Nan got me an emergancy appointment with my family doctor today and it's a good thing she did!! I have bronchitis and my doctor told me if I had of held off any longer it could turn into Pneumonia. She was very upset with the hospital but there's nothing we can do about it. She gave me a perscription and told me to get lots of rest. Thank god Nan got me that appointment!

39 Weeks and 1 day. Landon sure is active by times. It wont be much longer now. I only have 6 days left until my due date. Dr.Carlos told me on Wednesday that I'm 2cm dialated, 80% effaced and I think she said +1 stationed. She said if he doesn't come on or before his due date that she will eat her shirt. We'll just have to wait and see. I don't think it will be too much longer before he's here, I'm feeling pretty crampy and I feel presure
